The payout for photo and video content sold on Kirby Stock Exchange equals 33% of the amount paid by the buyer.

There is a minimum payout rate per accounting period of One Hundred US Dollars (USD 100.00) for electronic payments and payments by check If during an accounting period, you haven’t reached the payout minimums, your compensation will be rolled over into the next accounting period. If you cancel your account prior to accrued earnings in your royalty account reaching the applicable payout minimum, you thereby forfeit such payouts.

Payouts will be made through PayPal or check, when you have accrued $100 or more in royalties. Before you can submit your first payment request, the following criteria must be met:

– A signed and completed IRS Form W-9 must be on file in your account.

– A minimum of 45 days must pass from the date of the first sale of your content. Subsequent payment requests can be made when the $100 threshold has been reached again.

– You must have a valid PayPal account to receive funds electronically.

The currency you are paid in, depends on the country in which you have set up your account in. The currency and exchange rate are determined automatically and can not be changed. Please check with Paypal to see if your country’s currency is supported. Regardless of your country of residence, the royalty is calculated based on the US purchase price of the file.

Payments are processed in the order they are received and are usually completed within seven business days.
