Illutible is Rory Daly, a multi-instrumentalist from Australia, writing everything from epic orchestral music through rock and blues, to instrumental hip-hop and other electronic styles.
Rory has played guitar for over 30 years, and majored in composition at Southern Cross University in New South Wales. He’s played with multiple bands, playing in many a dark bar, in places including Korea and China, as well as the occasional festival, coffee shop, or wherever else music can be found—always chasing the ephemeral musical chill you get when everything locks in.
He loves combining real instruments with electronic beats, gritty glitches and reverse sounds to produce emotive music that slots right into the pocket. Much of his music, while melancholic, also evokes a sense of hope.
Illutible’s tracks are diverse, but there’s a unifying theme of beautiful melodies and evolving harmonies found in all of them.
